I hope you will join me on Monday, March 28 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Community Coalition, located at 8101 South Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles for a screening of "Making a Killing: Guns, Greed, and The NRA" followed by a discussion with founder and president of Brave New Films Robert Greenwald.

Produced by Brave New World, "Making a Killing: Guns, Greed, and The NRA" is a recently released documentary that looks into gun tragedies that include unintentional shootings, domestic violence, suicides and mass shootings as well as what we can do to put an end to this crisis.

By highlighting personal stories from people across the country who have been affected by gun violence, the film exposes how the powerful gun companies and the NRA are resisting responsible legislation for the sake of profit, ultimately placing people in danger.

After the movie Robert Greenwald, founder and president of Brave New Films, will talk about the film and what we can do in Los Angeles to address gun violence and pass legislation to prevent gun tragedies.
