Congressional Letters and Certificates
As a Member of Congress, it is my privilege to be able to officially recognize outstanding public achievements by the people who live in the 37th Congressional district. Your requests for recognition help me stay in touch with important events in the life of my district.
All correspondence related to your request should be directed to CA37.Certs@mail.house.gov.
Please plan ahead. We generally ask for a minimum of two weeks advance notice for your request. We appreciate longer lead times, too. If you have an urgent request, we will do our best to meet your deadline, though this may not always be possible.
Feel free to call and confirm that your request was received at 323-965-1422.
You should be certain to call if you have a short deadline, e.g. if you request a condolence letter and the memorial is in 3 days. Standard Congressional Commendations may take less time than letters or some Certificates of Recognition.
DELIVERY / PICK UP
Please be aware that certificates cannot be mailed, but must be picked-up at the office at 4929 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 650, Los Angeles, CA 90010. There is one hour free parking available in the parking lot off Highland Ave.
Letters in the form of PDF files will be emailed if requested, but printed letters must also be picked up. We will do our best to ensure that these documents are available for pick-up days before the actual event.
